On 1 November 2003, ALL IT Hypermarket Sdn Bhd ALL IT made a ground breaking news for being Malaysia’s 1st and Largest IT Retail Outlet in a hypermarket concept. Since our soft opening on 2 April 2003, we recognized the needs for a more differentiated and dedicated IT outlet that not only provides the ease of shopping at leisure but also a better-organized outlet that appeals to every walk of life. To our delight, this new concept is much accepted and awaited by fellow Malaysians as evidenced in the rapid growth of our Company. Undoubtedly, we aspire to be No.1 in all areas of IT Retailing, not just to remain as a fading pioneer, by constantly reinventing new ideas to add value to our product ranges and services that we offer, from launching membership loyalty programme to online purchase. We have certainly turned on the competitive fever among our rivals and the competitive landscape in the IT industry has never been the same again since our arrival.

Our Growth Our mission to succeed would not have materialized without the ever dedicated directors, managers and staff and continuous support from our shareholders who share in our company’s vision. It all began with the IT Hypermarket Retailing Concept initiated by our Managing Director, Mr. Yee Pong Pin and our Chairman, Mr. Khong Chook Chong. Both Mr. Yee and Mr. Khong have long involved in local IT market since 30 years ago. Their working experience and market knowledge have made invaluable contributions to the growth of our company. From the 1st outlet at Low Yat Plaza, we have been expanding steadily to 7 outlets in Klang Valley and we are still growing.

Products & Events The ALL  IT  Hypermarket name  today  is  well  established  among  Malaysians  as  well  as foreigners,  especially due to its association with the latest technology products and services. Currently, the company carries more than 100 brands of IT products and is a strong supporter of international brands such as Intel, AMD, Microsoft, Dell, Samsung, Canon, Seagate. In 2010, the company even become one of the authorized resellers of Apple products and expanding rapidly to source for more IT gadgets to provide a fully One-Stop IT Center. With the idea of covering Fulfilling All Your IT Needs in mind, we actively take part in PC Fairs carrying a variety of IT products. In recent years, we began organizing our own events at concourse area of Shopping Complexes.

Besides frequent promotions at outlets and taking part in PC Fairs, we often advertise on press, radio, flyer distribution, online advertising, email blast, facebook currently exceeding 31,000 fans etc to reach our target audiences in expanding the business. How much is Shipping?

The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight/dimension.
To find out how much shipping is, add the items that you'd like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated after you've enter your shipping address.

Can I select which courier service provider to deliver my order?

Yes, of course. We currently offer 2 courier service providers at your convenience - PosLaju and Ta-Q-Bin.



PosLaju offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight. Kindly select the delivery places accurately as it consists of 3 different areas - West Msia, Sarawak & Sabah.

Please note that in the event of compensation occurs, compensation is based on the actual value of item but subject to maximum liability -
A. Maximum liability for any items up to 2kg is RM100 per consignment.
B. Maximum liability for any items more than 2kg is RM300 per consignment.

If additional insurance coverage is needed, customer may purchase it and the premium are 2.15% of sum insured.



Ta-Q-Bin covers Klang Valley, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Penang, Ipoh Town, Johor Bahru, Kulai, Senai, Pekan Nanas & Pasir Gudang. Coming soon is Melaka.

Ta-Q-Bin's charges are slightly at the premium rate due to the factors below -
- 4 Delivery Time Zones
Customer can choose 0800-1200, 1200-1500, 1500-1800, 1800-2100 delivery time zone at their convenience.
- Service 365 Days a Year
Pick up and delivery can be made even during weekends and Public Holidays.
- Real Time Tracking
- Re-delivery if undelivered on the first attempt

Most importanly, for lost or damages Ta-Q-Bin offers a liability of RM4000 (no additional insurance coverage is charged).

Ta-Q-Bin is recommended when delivering high risk items.

Do you ship to my area?

Currently, we ship within Msia only. Please refer to area coverage by PosLaju and Ta-Q-Bin.

When will my order arrive?

Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 7 business days from the day you place your order and make payment. For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

Can I track my shipping?

Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.

What if I haven't received my order?

Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order after 7 business days you've placed your order and made payment.

The first thing you can do is check your order status. If your order status is Not Shipped, contact us via rakuten@allit.com.my. Otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.

If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us via rakuten@allit.com.my if they're unable to find it.
 

GDex (West Malaysia)



GDex offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight
Maximum liability for loss or damage will be RM 200 and they have insurance coverage optional. The charge for insurance coverage will be 1% of total value.

Self Pickup

Self Pickup option is available for customers who wish to order and collect at our distribution point which will be at Subang Avenue without shipping charges. Do take note that we will contact you when your order is available for pick up. Do wait for our confirmation first before coming over to collect the goods or you may call the number below to enquire first. Self Pick up address as below.

Our operating hours will be from 10am - 7pm daily from Monday to Friday.
We are Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Return Policy

ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products within 14 Days

Only certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-to-one exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:
a. The product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'
b. The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and re-sellable condition
c. The product is accompanied with original receipt
d. Customer needs to email us within 14 days of the date of Invoice

*Please note that certain products such as: Projectors, Monitors, Software, Ipods, Notebooks, Printers and Consumables (eg Ink Cartrdiges or Toners) are not available for a One-to-One exchange and must be sent to the manufacturers' service centre for any warranty service.

For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email to rakuten@allit.com.my include the following details in the email – Order No,  Invoice No, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.

Kindly email us first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

Warranty Policy

All sales are considered final, no return or refund will be entitled.

ALL IT’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
ALL IT will provide 1st year warranty service for delivery to (and from) the manaufacturer’s Service Centre.
All products with warranty period over one year can be sent by ALL IT to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre at the customer’s expense after 1st year from date of purchase.

All courier charges for sending and returning product for exchange or warranty purposes from customer will be borne by customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you. In the event if the defective items are sent in after 1st year of warranty period, sending back the repaired item to customer will be at customer's expense.

However, customer in Klang Valley can also opt to walk-in to any of our outlets to request for exchange or warranty services. By visiting our outlets direct, it will be faster and easier as our technicians can test the product on the spot. Our outlets are located at -
